The Weedy Scorpionfish, aka Rhinopias frondosa, cryptic camouflage is an invaluable tool for hunting prey and avoiding becoming prey itself. They use their fins to walk slowly across the seabed or "hop" by pushing off with their pelvic and pectoral fins rather than swimming. The Rhinopias frondosa is one of the most searched fish in the world. This is an extremely rare variety of scorpionfish and tops the list of weird and strange creatures that can be found.
